The 2022 F1 season brings us a 'revolutionary' new generation of cars and a mix of new and returning drivers. George Russell teams up with Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes, Kevin Magnussen replaces Nikita Mazepin at Haas, Chinese debutant Guanyu Zhou drives alongside Valtteri Bottas at Alfa Romeo and Alex Albon makes his F1 comeback at Williams. It wasn't a dead loss for Mercedes, though the Silver Arrows scored their eighth Constructors title. Max Verstappen bagged his first world title after race director Michael Masi allowed certain lapped cars to pass. Last season's chaotic championship battle came down to the last lap of the last race. The Las Vegas strip will host a race in 2023. The Monaco Grand Prix is set for 29th May, while Abu Dhabi will provide the season finale on the 20th November 2022. The 2022 F1 calendar currently consists of 22 races after the Russia GP was cancelled. FREE F1 streams: RTL Zwee (Lux) | ServusTV (Austria)į1 season pass: F1 TV Pro 7-day free trial
